Jazmine Lowery is the Founder and Board Chair of Financial Futures of Arkansas. She currently works in Accounting and Collections for Rainey Property Management, where she manages financial operations, account collections, and supports the financial stability of residential communities. Her professional experience in accounting, financial management, and real estate, combined with her passion for financial education, inspired her to establish Financial Futures of Arkansas to help equip young people with the knowledge and skills needed to build strong financial futures.

Jazmine has completed nonprofit leadership and fundraising training through NonprofitReady and is committed to building a transparent, community-focused organization that expands access to financial literacy education across Arkansas. Through strategic partnerships, engaging educational programs, and community outreach, she is dedicated to empowering the next generation to make informed financial decisions with confidence.

Montel McKey serves as the Treasurer and Community Engagement Director for Financial Futures of Arkansas. He is a Consumer Banking Relationship Specialist at Bank OZK, where he began his banking career as a teller before advancing into his current role. His experience helping individuals and families navigate everyday banking and financial services provides valuable insight into the practical financial skills young people need to build a strong financial future.

As Treasurer, Montel oversees the organization's financial stewardship, budgeting, and financial accountability, helping ensure the long-term sustainability of Financial Futures of Arkansas. In his role as Community Engagement Director, he leads partnership development, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement, building relationships with local businesses, financial institutions, schools, and community organizations to expand the organization's reach and impact across Arkansas.

Montel is passionate about increasing access to financial literacy education and believes strong community partnerships are essential to creating lasting opportunities for the next generation. Through his leadership, he is committed to helping Financial Futures of Arkansas empower youth with the knowledge and confidence to achieve lifelong financial success.

Madison Ward serves as the Communications Director and Board Secretary for Financial Futures of Arkansas. She currently works at Bank OZK, where she began her career as a part-time teller and advanced to a full-time banking position. Her experience in the financial industry, combined with her passion for serving the community, strengthens the organization's mission of empowering Arkansas youth through financial literacy education.

As Communications Director, Madison leads the organization's communications strategy, helping increase community awareness through marketing, social media, and public engagement. In her role as Board Secretary, she maintains official board records, meeting minutes, and organizational documentation while supporting strong governance and operational excellence.

Madison is committed to building meaningful community relationships and ensuring Financial Futures of Arkansas remains connected, transparent, and accessible as it works to inspire the next generation to achieve financial confidence and long-term success.

Angela Hall serves as the Program Director for Financial Futures of Arkansas, where she leads the development, coordination, and delivery of financial literacy programs that empower youth to build strong financial foundations. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that equip young people with the knowledge, confidence, and life skills needed to make informed financial decisions.

Angela currently works for Centers for Youth & Families, where she is dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through compassionate care and advocacy. She also has extensive experience as a caregiver and has spent the past 18 years fostering young adults, demonstrating her lifelong commitment to mentoring, encouraging, and investing in the success of the next generation.

With a heart for service and a passion for youth development, Angela brings valuable leadership, empathy, and real-world experience to Financial Futures of Arkansas. She is committed to ensuring every program provides practical, engaging, and impactful financial education that helps young people achieve lifelong success.

Jada McAdoo serves as a Workshop Facilitator for Financial Futures of Arkansas. She is an experienced educator with more than 10 years of working with youth in a variety of educational settings. Jada currently serves as a third-grade teacher and has previously worked as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist in an Alternative Learning Environment (ALE), a long-term elementary teacher, paraprofessional, and mentor for students with diverse academic and behavioral needs. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree and is currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Special Education while completing doctoral coursework.

Her expertise in classroom instruction, behavior management, social-emotional learning, and student engagement allows her to create meaningful, interactive learning experiences that empower young people. As a Workshop Facilitator, Jada is committed to equipping Arkansas youth with the financial knowledge, confidence, and life skills needed to make informed decisions and build successful futures.

Memory Parker serves as a Volunteer with Financial Futures of Arkansas. She is a Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric nursing and specialties including PACU, psychiatric care, medical-surgical nursing, and pediatrics.

With a strong background in healthcare and working with children and families, Memory brings compassion, professionalism, and a heart for serving others to Financial Futures of Arkansas. Her experience working with youth and her commitment to giving back make her a valuable part of the organization.

Memory is interested in supporting Financial Futures of Arkansas through event volunteering, workshop facilitation, fundraising, community outreach, and photography/media. She is passionate about helping make a positive impact and contributing her time and skills to support youth in the community.
